This is an official application. The information contained on this online application should be considered private. 

NOTES:

1. Parents are required to complete one application per child.
2. Parents are responsible for transportation.
3. During the application process, please review the conditions for reassignment and transfer, and provide specific reasons for this transfer.
4. Submit ALL of your required documentation at one time.
5. You will receive emails from (scribonline@scribsoft.com) to notify you of the status of your order.  It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request.

Information for Enrollment Applications:

This is an official application. The information contained on this online application should be considered private. 

NOTES:

1. For multiple siblings, parents are required to complete one application per child.
2. Parents must meet all residency requirements.
3. To be eligible, children must be of the appropriate age as described in Onslow County Board of Education Policy 4100 found HERE.
4. Parents who wish for their child to attend a school other than the one assigned by their address must fill out a separate reassignment application.
